Human factors design and innovation China -- the second China Summit Forum on Human Factors Engineering was successfully held

In October 14-15, 2017,Chinese Astronaut Scientific Research and Training Center sponsored together with Zhejiang University. The second China Summit Forum on Human Factors Engineering was held by National Key Laboratory of human factors engineering of Chinese Astronaut Research and training center and the psychological science research center of Zhejiang University, in the dream town of Hangzhou Liangzhu new town. About 400 people, representatives of government departments, academicians and academicians, experts and scholars in the field of engineering, experts in the field of design and innovation, related research institutes and enterprises and institutions, participated in the meeting.

With the theme of "human factors design and innovation China", the forum focuses on the core issues of "human factors design, China's intellectual creation,  win-win sharing". It aims to combine the modernization of  the social and economic development in a wider, higher and deeper level and share the achievements of engineering research. As a result of the design development plan, the researcher deepens the leading and promoting role of human factors engineering in the fields of intelligent equipment, innovation design, medical health, intelligent city, Internet , and serves the national construction and social development.

At the opening ceremony, Feng Fei, the deputy governor of Zhejiang Province, made a brief introduction to the economic and social development of Zhejiang, and wished people the research and application of such a subject field as engineering, and could root, blossom, and result in China, especially in Zhejiang. Zou Xiaodong, the Secretary of the Party committee of the Zhejiang University, introduced the development of the research on "human factors engineering" and other studies in Zhejiang University. He said that it will unswervingly follow the three steps of the goal to build the world's first class university and vigorously develop the frontier interdisciplinary, and believe that the forum will produce fruitful results for the important and far-reaching impact of deepening the cooperation and development in the field of human factors engineering. Chen Rugen, the mayor of Yuhang District of Hangzhou, introduced the development strategy of the host city of this forum is "Liangzhu dream town".

At the opening ceremony, Zhou Wenneng, deputy inspector of the basic division of the State Ministry of science and technology, Long Hongshan, director of development planning department, academician He Huawu, vice chairman of China Science and Technology Association and vice chairman of China Railway General Corporation, academician Shen Yanyuan, vice chairman of China Science and Technology Association and deputy director of the National Natural Science Foundation Committee, and academician Zhou Jianping, the chief designer of China's manned space engineering, made important speeches, focusing on the concept, research content and research direction of "human factors engineering", and put forward the future concept of "human cause engineering", and emphasized the inner meaning of "human factors design innovation China".

Academician Ma shengming, director of the Department of science and science of the Zhejiang University and director of the Institute of psychological science, host the invitation report of the summit forum. Chen Shanguang, an academician of the International Academy of Astronautics and aerospace medical engineering, Yu Mengsun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and expert of the aeronautical medicine and biomedical engineering, Fan Daiming, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and the expert of Gastroenterology, Jiang Tianzai, the national outstanding youth fund, the head of the brain network research center of the Institute of automation, Zhao Qinping, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and computer science and technology expert, reported respectively, entitled "the design and evaluation of the human factors of complex systems", "the increase of military human effectiveness", "the principle and method of strengthening military human effectiveness", "system theory and integration concept of medicine", "research and application of brain network mapping spectrum" and "information support platform for industry development". The three sub forums in 15, "human factors engineering and ergonomics credit forum", "engineering psychological science sub forum" and "human factors design forum", will present the latest research results in this field to everyone, with rich and colorful content. The participants can exchange ideas, collide sparks and benefited a lot.

The conference discussed The initiative on the development of human factors engineering, promoting the action of "made in China 2025". It calls on the state, industry, universities, enterprises and experts to cooperate together and do their best from the aspects of national policy, industry demonstration, discipline construction, talent training, achievement transformation and application to promote more extensive popularization and application of human factors engineering research and industry achievements, improve the enterprise management personnel and the production staff aware of human factors, improve the low efficiency and high risk production link, and through the efficient use of information in new technologies to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and to promote the "made in China 2025" to leap forward development.

The Center for Psychological Sciences at Zhejiang University, one of the hosting units of this forum, was established at the end of 2016. It is a multi-disciplinary research institute set up for the traditional and multi-disciplinary effects of the psychology of Zhejiang University, especially in engineering psychology, facing the frontier of science and the national economy. It is one of the important contents of Zhejiang University's "first class backbone basic discipline construction support plan". The center will actively introduce the leading people , such as the foundation outstanding youth fund, the excellent youth fund, the school "100 people plan" and so on, to set up a high quality research team and carry out interdisciplinary research.
